The most challenging part of the Roti Jala recipe is to make the crepe into a lacy net with speed to prevent the crepe from being burnt. Mee Soto

Upon popular demand, we are making MEE SOTO for this class! "Mee" means noodles in Malay. While "Soto" is a traditional chicken broth soup mixed with fragrant spices. Accompanying this dish, you will also make the BEGEDIL, a popular Malay potato patty found at restaurants and hawker stalls. Last but not least, to complete the dish, you will learn to make the SAMBAL KICHAP. A sweet black sauce that adds another dimension to the taste of the MEE SOTO. Mix everything together and you will be making an amazingly magical Mee Soto dish!
